ON THE MONDAY NEXT FOLLOWING THE EXPIRATION OF FORTY-TWO (42) DAYS FROM THE ISSUANCE OF THIS CITATION, THE SAME BEING MONDAY, MARCH 23, 2020, A DEFAULT JUDGMENT MAY BE TAKEN AGAINST YOU.

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit:

A. Clark Unit Legal Description: 240.754 acres, more or less, out of the M. Godbehere Survey, A-511, the S.C. Tate Survey, A-2435, the L.P. McDonald Survey, A-860 and the J.H. Hawpe Survey, A-568, Parker County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Amendment to Designation of the Clark #1 Gas Unit dated effective January 1, 1984 and recorded in Volume 1241, Page 990, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

B. Dill Unit Legal Description: 168.33 acres, more or less, out of the W.E. King Survey, A-778, the J.L. Wilburn Survey, A-1643, and the J. Thomas Survey, A-1295, Parker County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Amendment to Designation of Dill #1 Gas Unit dated April 1, 1983 and recorded in Volume 1186, Page 1345, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

C. Gandee-Rankin Unit Legal Description: 347.9 acres, more or less, out of the W.T. Blassingame Survey, A-83, the T&P Ry Co Survey, A-1444, the T&P Ry Co Survey, A-1466, Parker County, Texas, and being the same land described in that certain Designation of Gas Unit dated May 22,1978 and recorded in Volume 734, Page 526, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

D. Jefferson Unit Legal Description: 367.45 acres, more or less, and being comprised of the following five (5) tracts of land:

TRACT 1: 40 acres, more or less, out of the T&P Ry Co Survey No 93, A-1466, Parker County, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at a stake in the MEP&P Ry So Survey at the most Northerly NE corner of said section no 93, the SE corner of Section 92, on the WBL of a survey in the name of John Thomas , and 337 varas North of the Southwest corner of said Thomas Survey; THENCE West 598, 1/10 varas to a corner; THENCE South 377 varas to a corner; THENCE East 598, 1/10 varas to a corner, same being the SW corner of said John Thomas Survey and an inner corner of said Section No 93; THENCE North with the WBL of said Thomas Survey 377 varas TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.

TRACT 2: 135,7/10 acres, more or less, out of the J.S. Wilburn Survey, A-1643 and the John Thomas Survey, A-1295, and being described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the NW comer of the J.S. TRACT 3: 62 acres, more or less, being 12-3/4 acres out of the W.E. King Survey, A-778 and 49-1/4 acres out of the J.W. Murphy Survey, A-2145, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the NE corner of the G.R. Patton Survey; THENCE West 57 varas to a corner on the NBL of said Patton Survey; THENCE North 214 varas to a corner on the WBL of the W.E. Patton Survey; THENCE North 227-4/10 varas To THE PLACE of BEGINNING and being the same land conveyed to J. Stickfort by T.W. Moughon recorded in Volume 86, Page 552, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

TRACT 4: 61 acres, more or less, out of the J.W. Murphy 173.45-acre Survey, out of the Southeast Quarter of Section 92, T&P Ry Co lands patented to said Murphy by Patent No 306, Vol 1, A-2145, and being the same land awarded to Conciola C. Moughan by the Commissioner if the suit of T.W. Moughon et al vs. C.T. Moughon, No 4990, District Court Records of Parker County, Texas, the amended report of said Commissioners being recorded in Book 10, Page 391 of the Civil Minutes of the District Court of Parker County, Texas.

TRACT 5: 68.75 acres, more or less, out of the North and East part of the T&P Ry Co survey No 93, A-1466, and being the same land described in that certain Deed to R.D. Elder dated October 14, 1929 and recorded in Volume 145, Page 21, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

E. Jordan Unit Legal Description: 188.596 acres, more or less, and being comprised of the following two (2) tracts of land:

TRACT 1: 98.596 acres, more or less, out of the T&P Ry Co Survey No 95, A-1444, Parker County, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pipe South 00.25 min West 546.04 feet from the NE corner of Section 95; THENCE South 89.35 min W 60 feet to an iron pipe for corner; THENCE N 01.00 min 33 sec W with the WBL of Wildwood Trail 488.2 feet to an iron pipe for corner; THENCE N 88.53 min 31 sec W with the SBL of Wildwood Trail 1228.3 feet to an iron pipe for corner in the SBL of a County Road; THENCE with the SBL of the above mentioned County Road for the following calls: South 65.21 min 54 sec West 257.45 feet; South 70.19 min 22 sec West 856 feet; South 72.55 min 44 sec West 363.55 feet to an iron pipe for corner; South 16.43 min 04 sec E 2100.91 feet to an iron pipe for corner; THENCE North 87.57 min 59 sec East with the general line of fence 892.6 feet to a concrete monument for corner; THENCE N 00.14 min 44 sec East with the general line of a fence 1161.91 feet to a concrete monument for corner; THENCE N 89.51 min East with the general line of fence 1188.62 feet to a concrete monument for corner; THENCE North 00.25 min West with the general line of fence 806.16 feet TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

Jordan Jr. and wife, Rachel E. Jordan to Herbert H. G. Ward Unit Legal Description: 157.46 acres, more or less, out of the S.C. Tate Survey, A-2435, the T&P Ry Co Survey, A-1347, the T&P Ry Co Survey, A-823, the P. McDonald Survey, A-860, the J.A. Hawpe Survey, A-568, and being the same land described in that certain Amendment to Designation of Ward #1 Gas Unit dated effective April 1, 1983 and recorded in Volume 1186, Page 1339, Deed Records of Parker County, Texas.

H. Wiley Unit Legal Description: 1,033.43 acres, more or less, out of the A.M. Green Survey, A-534, the A. Green Survey, A-508, the W. Green Survey, A-507, the T.J. Green Survey, A-512, the MEP Survey No 105, A-944, the T&P Ry Co Survey No 109, A-1388, the T&P Ry Co Survey No 91, A-1498, the W. Dobbs Survey, A-407 and the J.L.
