Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson Oaks will hold Public Hearings on a request for a specific use permit to allow for a “Drive-Thru Use” being 0.721 acres, located at 3118 Fort Worth Highway, Lot 1R3, Block 1, Oakridge Addition, Hudson Oaks, Parker County, Texas.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Hudson Oaks will hold Public Hearings on a request for a rezoning from SF-2A to “PD-SO” Planned Development - Sunset Oaks, located at 502 N. Oakridge Drive, being an approximate 9.15 acres tract of land, portions of Tract 2 and 3, North Oakridge Acres, Hudson Oaks, Parker County, Texas

The City of Hudson Oaks will conduct the Public Hearings on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., and Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Hudson Oaks City Hall, 210 Hudson Oaks Drive, Hudson Oaks, Texas, 76087.All interested parties are invited to attend.
