NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

In accordance with Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 43, the City of Weatherford, Texas (“City”), proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings on a tract of land owned by Stanislav Properties LP, being an approximate 15.949-acre tract of land generally located south of 1420 King Street (Tract 1), an approximate 0.156-acre portion of land owned by Michael and Norma Crutcher being generally located at 605 East 6th Street (Tract 2), and an approximate 0.359-acre portion of variable road width right-of-way of East 6th Street and King Street (Tract 3).

A map of the proposed voluntary annexation is available in the City Secretary's Office and on the City's website (www.weatherfordtx.gov) under 'Government' > 'Public Notices.'

The City Council of the City of Weatherford, Texas, will hold a public hearing on the proposed voluntary annexation, and will consider adoption of the ordinance for the proposed voluntary annexation on the following date:

DATE: Tuesday, January 27, 2026
TIME: 6:00 P.M.
LOCATION: Weatherford City Hall Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto Street

All interested persons are invited to attend and participate in the public hearing. Should you require special accommodations to participate, please contact the City Secretary at 817-598-4202 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting and every effort will be made to make reasonable accommodations. City Hall is wheelchair accessible and special parking is available from the south side of the building.
