PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A CANCELLATION OF LOT 12 OF WESTRIDGE ESTATES CONSISTING OF 5.181 ACRES IN PRECINCT THREE

THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS' COURT of Parker County, Texas, will conduct a Public Hearing on the First Floor of the Main Courthouse, located at One Courthouse Square, Weatherford, Parker County, Texas, on Monday, the 13TH day of July 2026 at the hour of 9:00 a.m. to consider, discuss and/or act on the cancellation of a subdivision located in Precinct 3, Parker County, Texas as follows: Owner, Kenny Ozee of Brock Development, LLC., is requesting that 5.181 acres known as Lot 12 of Westridge Estates be hereby cancelled and the property be reestablished to its original tract according to Section 232.008 of the Texas Local Government Code.

If anyone has any questions or objections to this proposed cancellation of 5.181 acres, known as Lot 12 of Westridge Estates located in Precinct Three, an opportunity to speak before the Commissioners Court will be given to any interested party at the time and place shown above.
