PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed proposals addressed to Cresson Ventures, LLC on Behalf of Cresson Crossroads MUD No. 2 for the construction of SH 171 &CR 1000 Turn Lanes & Signal Improvements to serve Cresson Estates Ph. 2, Johnson County, Texas will be received at the office of Harold Sandel, CPM, 9843 Bankhead Highway, Aledo, Texas,76008 until
12:00 Noon, Monday, June 13, 2026
and publicly opened. Bids must be mailed or delivered to the place of opening prior to the time stated above. Any bidder desiring an electronic copy of the proposal form and bid documents should email their request to Ottis Lee at olee@bhbine.com.
The Proposal (s) shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for performing all work required for the construction of SH 171 & CR 1000 Turn Lanes & Signal Improvements.
Acceptable bidder's bond, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than two percent (2%) of total bid submitted,must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. No bid maybe withdrawn until the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened.
